We want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most Hallmark items in their original condition. Please note that personalized decor and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile home accents are properly secured to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
